These boat details are subject to contract.This 1993 broom 44 Hardtop is a wonderful example of the quality from this boat builder, fitted out to a high standard.
Its deck fittings are in stainless steel which includes wheelhouse, side port windows and the teak decks.
The accommodation is at a premium with a forward en-suite cabin/ large aft master en-suite cabin, starboard cabin with two single berths.
The saloon has a separate dining area with fridge/drinks cabinet / TV, which give all the top quality creature comforts.
There is air conditioning, tasteful newly fitted carpets which leads down to the port side galley.
The owner wants to retire from cruising sadly leaving this lady of the sea to embark on new ocean adventures.
This beautiful Broom motor cruiser remains very tidy all round.
