Boatshed Florida, soon to be Florida's largest Yacht Brokerage Company is headquartered in scenic downtown Sarasota Florida. Sarasota Florida has long been known as a premier boating destination and one of the top places in Florida to vacation or relocate to.

BoatshedFlorida.com is located in Sarasota, Florida and will focus on developing 15 new Boatshed sales offices throughout the state of Florida. This will be a fast and aggressive roll-out plan with office locations on both the west and east coast of Florida already confirmed in Sarasota and Miami. Thirteen additional locations are confirmed across the state from The Florida Keys to Destin including Tampa, Daytona, Melbourne and Ft Myers to name a few.
Headed by Scott McNally, Erik Maltby and Sunny Handa, BoatshedFlorida.com is poised to become a major player in the Florida brokerage market. Scott and Erik have vast experience within the brokerage and commercial sectors and own a major real-estate company with offices and a network of over 120 agents across Florida and Georgia. “Both Erik & I are keen boaters and we came across the Boatshed System when Boatshed sold my personal boat” quotes Scott. “I was very impressed by the technology and software that Boatshed has and saw immediately how this will revolutionize Boat Brokerage in the USA. Needless to say, we are very excited about this new venture.”
