Here is a 50 ft boat with extremely stylish lines oozing with character. She is in very good condition throughout offering masses of space with a light airy feel to her. She does not have an engine compartment, she has an engine room! which is home to 2 very clean 170 hp diesel engines. Above decks the interior woodwork in the main saloon and master bedroom oozes class. She has a new Eberspacher blown warm air heating system providing heat in all areas. The galley is fully equipped with a full size cooker, Fridge, sink unit and storage space. The are two further cabins fwd and a heads and shower in the forepeak. The large cockpit is well equipped offering an additional seating/social area. The mooring is on the main river with shore power and fresh water and the new owner will have the option of taking it over if required. This is a superb boat at a very realistic price. The boat has been surveyed on 12.08.08 and she has had her hull repainted. These boat details are subject to contract.
